Tortes & French Macarons

Torte are cake which are made with less flour & more eggs than a traditional cake.  This makes them more dense and rich in flavor with a brownie like consistency.  Each Torte is made with at least 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling.  They are 9" in diameter and serve 28-30 for $55.00.  They are decorated as listed in their descriptions and cannot be tiered like a normal cake because of their soft  layers.


Layers of chocolate ganache between 4 layers of rich yellow butter cake which is then frosted with chocolate butter cream and covered with a crisp caramel drizzle

Chocolate Raspberry:

Fudge chocolate cake infused with raspberries, frosted with chocolate glaze & topped with whipped cream icing  and fresh raspberries 

Red Velvet Cherry:

Rich Red Velvet cake with Cherry compote filling, topped with whipped cream icing and glazed cherries.


White cake soaked in Lemonchelo layered with lemon curd filling.  It is then topped with meringue and candies lemon garnish.

Chocolate Peanut butter:

Rich Chocolate cake with peanut butter ganache filling, frosted with chocolate butter cream and topped with mini peanut butter cups.

Tres Leches Strawberry Torte:

Delicate white cake soaked in a mixture of 3 milks, then layers with strawberry preserves and covered with whipped cream icing  and fresh strawberries.

French Macarons:  $15per dozen

​Two delicate almond flour cookies brought together with your choice of filling.
